Q: How Can I Order?
A: Order online or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. Online orders are also accepted on our website. Only pre-paid orders will be confirmed. Due to scheduling and demand at our commercial catering kitchen. We are new to the area and will expand hours based on customer demand. Please follow our social media pages to receive updates about our weekend schedule.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Lawrenceville, GA. Since we do not accept walk-in orders, we will email our customers additional details (including our address and pick up time) after online orders are confirmed.
Q: What time are you open?
A: At this time, we only operate part-time in Lawrenceville, GA. Your order can be delivered to you (delivery fee will be applied) or picked up from our commercial kitchen. Due to scheduling and demand at our commercial catering kitchen we operate on a 3 hour slot. We are new to the area and will expand hours based on customer demand. Please follow our social media pages to receive updates about our availability.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes , we deliver to areas within 15 miles of our Lawrenceville location. Extra charges may apply based on distance. Please contact us before placing a delivery order.
Q: How much notice do you need to prepare my order?
A: at least 48 hours, if you need them any earlier, please email is at email@example.com to double check we can fulfill your last minute order. Extra charges for last minute orders apply
Q: Can I customize ingredients in my Lunch or Dinner package?
A: We produce a standard daily menu featuring fresh ingredients to use in our signature recipes. Each menu is set but if you have any particular preferences we will do our best to accomodate when possible.
Q: Do you provide Vegetarian and Vegan Options?
A: Please specify your dietary requirement in advance and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q: I have an allergy or dietary requirement, do you cater for that?
A: Let us know your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate. If you need gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan etc, please email us your dietary requirements in advance.
Q: Do you offer Refunds?
Online Orders (Pick Up or Delivery Food)
We recommend placing your online order request as early as possible as quantities are limited. Every effort is made to accommodate our clients, however, advance notice ensures our ability to properly plan and deliver first class customer service.
While we value our customers and pride ourselves in offering first class service and cuisine, we are unable to offer refunds. See below for Private Catering policy information.
Private Catering (Full Service Catering)
Order Minimums: There is a minimum of 6 guests for any private catered order. Any orders placed or changed within 2 or less business days will be subject to a $50.00 rush fee.
A twenty percent (20%) service charge will be included in the final billing on all food, beverage and labor. The service charge covers the use of our equipment, kitchen essentials, staffing/servers, liability insurance fees, and all necessary permits and other administrative expenses.
Guarantee of Attendance: A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted five (5) business days prior to your event. This number cannot be reduced. We will do our best to accommodate any request to increase the guest count, however changes will be subject to additional charges. Within four (4) business days of the event, a 15% fee will be applied to the per person cost of each additional guest. Within two (2) business days of the event, a 25% fee will be applied to the per person cost of each additional guest.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations will be accepted before seven (7) business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after this time will be charged 50% of the proposal amount. Cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the event will be charged 100% of the proposal amount.
Holidays: Events falling on major holidays or holiday weekends will incur a 15% additional charge.
